What would you change?

I ran across this post over at Mike Fisher’s site and became intrigued in a variety of ways. Curious what you are thinking. What would you change about the graphic?

  1. The most notable thing about this chart is that each of the tools can actually be placed in multiple levels. For example, you can watch a YouTube video and analyze an Obama speech for example. Or you can use Google Docs just to take notes to remember things. I don’t know how you would change the graphic, but it needs to be more fluid.

I agree! I use Google Earth a lot with teachers to create new content, not just apply content. And we’ve had similar conversations in our office about how it shouldn’t be tied to Bloom’s, perhaps with the tools in some sort of big arrow pointing up instead. But the conversation was richer, I believe, because it started in a place (Bloom’s) we are all familiar with.

      Thanks for the comment!
